Registration fees are GST exclusive

Full Forum including Mission Estate networking evening (Thu) and Field Trip (Fri)

Includes:

• One Day Forum
• Daytime catering
• Mission Estate Winery – return coach transfers, tour, wine tasting and dinner. An arrival drink is included with dinner, there after user-pays
• Field Trip Friday – including coach and boxed lunch. On the return, the coach will drop off at Napier Airport as required – approx 3.00pm, before returning to TePania Hotel.

Pricing and Payments
All pricing is quoted in New Zealand dollars exclusive of GST.
Payment is due within 21 days but must be paid in full prior to 24 November.

Cancellation Fees

Should you need to cancel, a registration can be transferred to another person without any additional cost.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, an admin fee of $100+ gst will be charged.

Any cancellation after 24 October will be made at the discretion of Āpōpō.

Insurance
All insurance is the responsibility of registrants. The LDEG Organising Committee, Āpōpō and Napier War Memorial Conference Centre accept no liability or responsibility for illness or death, injury or accident to or financial loss by any person attending the Forum, whatever the cause.

Liability & Warranty
In the event of any disruption or event leading to losses or added expenses being incurred in respect of the Forum, there shall be no liability attached to the LDEG Organising Committee, Āpōpō or Āpōpō and Napier War Memorial Conference Centre.

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to the sale of goods or services to consumers. If the goods or services are acquired for a business, then our liability is limited to the contract price.

Privacy Policy
By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you will be made available to the Forum organising and Forum sponsors. Your details will be included in the delegate list unless you have indicated otherwise on the registration form. This list will include your name/organisation and city and does not include your email address.
